Familyshoot in Bergen
Taking a family to their favourite spot in the dunes can only result in a batch of film filled with love. With kids totally at ease showing off how high they can climb the trees is totally my kind of shoot.

Summer holiday in France 2018
After an effortless search for an alternative destination than France for the summer holiday, we still ended up there but had a wonderful time.
In 2018 we made the solid agreement not to visit France during the summer holiday after visiting it way too often the past years. But after an endless search for an alternative we still ended up there. At least we visited Bretagne for the first time and loved it. Rough terrain and beautiful beaches made it a great stay and one to repeat (really).
Continued out tour through France at Île d'Oléron, an island we’ve visited for the third time already and has a great laid-back atmosphere. The last few days we visited Paris with the kids and mostly staid inside musea due to the 34 degrees 😅

Sandra & Rolf Family shoot
I've know Rolf for ages, so it was a privilege to be asked to capture his family on film. We went to the Strabrechtse heide near Eindhoven on a nice pre-summer day and had a great time!

Xaló
Jalón Valley near the Costa Blanca. Experiencing the good life in Spain: Sun, cheap food and great scenery.
My dad moved from France to Spain last year so i went to visit him and his wife past Oktober with the kids. They live in this small village called Xaló, 15min from the beach, in the Jalón Valley near the Costa Blanca. Experiencing the good life in Spain: Sun, cheap food and great scenery.

Wedding Kim & Jorgen
Wedding of Kim & Jorgen at The Klub
My dear friends Kim & Jorgen got married a few months ago with only family and a few friends attending. It started with a small and intimate ceremony and ended with a superb lunch at De Klub. I don't shoot weddings normally but was happy to make an exception.
Valencia
Visiting Valencia with my dad for a weekend in January
Back in January this year Carmencita Film Lab had a small photo exposition, including one of my own. Apart from that, my dad just moved from France to Spain. An hour drive from Valencia. Which he hadn't had time to visit himself. All in all enough reasons to hop on a plane and leave the cold for a short weekend of culture and fun.

Norberto & Merel Family shoot
Family shoot with Norberto, Merel and the kids
Exactly on their wedding day and on the same spot we planned a family shoot with Norberto and Merel. Only now their two daughters where also present in the garden behind the Universiteitsmuseum. A beautiful sunny October day in this (for me) hidden treasure place in Utrecht.

Rhijnauwen, a long walk
A walk around the pancake house in Rhijnauwen
It was the beginning of October when we took a long walk starting from the Pancake House in Rhijnauwen. The weather was amazing for the time of year and i took my Yashica TLR for a spin. It's a lot of getting used to, but lovin' the results. Square framing in combination with Acros 100 black and white film is a winner.
Holiday in France
Our little tour de france shot on film.
Past summer we went on a little tour de France. Starting of in les molières in the north onwards to a little island called 'ile noirmoutier. Then a we had a great meetup with my brother and his family at my dad's house. To end it all with a short stay in Strasbourg. All in all a great holiday with the kids that seemed to last forever (but is already ages ago).

Ameland
A short stay on the dutch island of Ameland
There is something special with the dutch Islands that instantly turn on your relax mode. So when friends suggested to join them for a short holiday we knew what to do. I brought my camera and only dropped it into the sand once...
